The Men's Cancer Screening Panel combines direct tumor markers with metabolic indicators linked to cancer risk. PSA screens for prostate cancer — the most common cancer in men. CEA screens for colorectal cancer, CA 19-9 for pancreatic cancer, and AFP for liver cancer. These are complemented by metabolic markers — elevated insulin and IGF-1 are associated with increased cancer risk, LDH is elevated in many cancers, hs-CRP measures systemic inflammation linked to cancer progression, and ferritin can be elevated in certain malignancies. CBC and CMP provide baseline blood health and organ function context. This panel is not diagnostic — it is a screening tool best used as part of regular preventive care.
Men's cancer screening biomarkers: PSA Total + Free PSA (prostate), FIT Test (colon), CEA (colorectal/general), AFP (liver/testicular), CBC (hematologic), LDH (general). Surveillance panel for men 40+ with risk factors.
Men 50+ for routine cancer surveillance, men 40+ with family history of cancer, men with persistent unexplained symptoms (weight loss, fatigue, anemia), survivors monitoring for recurrence. Not a substitute for screening colonoscopy.
