We didn't build a new lab. We built a better way to access the ones that already exist. TestWell partners with Quest Diagnostics and Labcorp — the same CLIA-certified labs used by hospitals and clinics — but eliminates the middlemen, the markups, and the bureaucracy. Every order is reviewed by a licensed physician. Every result is delivered digitally in 1–3 business days.

Is TestWell legit? Common questions, answered
Is TestWell legit?
Yes. TestWell is a US direct-to-consumer lab testing company founded in 2025 and based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Every order is authorized by a licensed physician, samples are drawn and analyzed by CLIA-certified national laboratories — Quest Diagnostics, Labcorp and BioReference — and results post to a HIPAA-compliant patient portal. Our clinical content is reviewed by a named, board-certified physician whose license is listed on our editorial policy page.
Is TestWell the same as Testwell Laboratories or Testwell Oy?
No. Testwell Laboratories is a New York construction-materials testing lab and Testwell Oy is a Finnish software-testing tools vendor; neither is related to TestWell (test-well.com). News or reviews about those companies are not about us.
Which labs actually run TestWell's tests?
Quest Diagnostics and Labcorp in 47 states, with a choice between them at checkout, and BioReference Laboratories for New York and New Jersey orders. All three are CLIA-certified. TestWell does not operate its own laboratory; it provides the physician authorization, ordering, pricing and results delivery around those labs.
How is TestWell priced?
Tests are cash-pay with the price shown up front plus a flat $6 lab processing fee at checkout; there is no insurance billing, no subscription and no membership. HSA and FSA cards are accepted and every order gets an itemized receipt.
