This is the complete list of codes TestWell honors, kept in sync with checkout. If a code is not on this page, it will not apply — coupon sites invent them. Below it: the referral credit, our one $6 fee, and the ways to pay less that do not need a code at all.

10% off your order. This is the code our welcome emails and the site's welcome offer use; enter it in the payment form at checkout, or open the link in the email and it is applied for you.
Everything else
No other public codes are active. Codes shown on third-party coupon sites that are not listed here are expired or were never ours, and checkout will refuse them. We do not run separate student, senior or military codes; our prices are the same for everyone.
How to apply a code
- Add your tests or panel to the cart and continue to checkout.
- On the payment step, click “Add promotion code” in the payment form and type the code. It is not case-sensitive.
- The total updates before you pay. One code per order; a referral credit applies on its own and does not need a code.
How else can you pay less at TestWell?
The price on every test page is the price at checkout, plus one $6 lab processing fee per order that covers the physician review of your requisition and the lab visit. Nothing is charged at the lab. These four levers usually save more than any code.

Does TestWell have a promo code right now?
Yes. WELCOME10 takes 10% off an order and is the only public code we run today. It is the same code our welcome emails carry, so there is nothing better hiding elsewhere — codes on coupon sites that are not on this page will not apply.
How do I apply a promo code at TestWell?
Add your tests to the cart and continue to checkout. The code goes in on the payment step: click "Add promotion code" in the payment form, type the code and the total updates before you pay. If you arrived from an email link that carries the code, it is applied for you and shows in the order summary. One code per order.
Why isn't my promo code working?
The usual reasons: the code is expired or was never a TestWell code (aggregator sites invent them), it was typed with a space or a different spelling, or a code is already applied — we accept one per order. Codes are not case-sensitive. If WELCOME10 itself does not apply, email support@test-well.com with a screenshot before you pay and we will sort it out.
Does TestWell have hidden fees?
No. The price on each test page is the price at checkout, plus one $6 lab processing fee per order — not per test — that covers the physician review of your requisition and the lab visit. Nothing is charged at the lab, and there is no separate physician or draw fee.
What is the cheapest way to buy several tests at TestWell?
A panel, or a friend. Our curated panels price the included tests below their à-la-carte total, and the $6 fee is charged once however many tests are in the order. New customers referred by an existing one also get a $20 credit on their first paid order, applied automatically from the referral link — no code needed.
Can I use a promo code with my HSA or FSA card?
Yes. The discount is applied to the order total first, then you pay the remaining balance with an HSA or FSA card like any other card. Your itemized receipt shows the discounted amount for reimbursement records.
Does TestWell have a referral program?
Yes. Every account has a referral link under Refer a Friend in the patient portal. A friend who signs up through it gets a $20 credit applied automatically to their first paid order, and you get $20 once they complete their first test. The credit is separate from promo codes and does not need one.
Does TestWell offer student, senior or military discounts?
Not as separate codes today. Our prices are already the same for everyone and typically well below the labs' own storefronts — compare any test on its page or on our price comparison pages — and WELCOME10 applies to any order.
