The Men's Total Body Advanced Panel starts with all 49 tests in the Total Body Panel — blood count, metabolic, kidney and liver panels, lipids with ApoB, Lp(a) and Oxidized LDL, full thyroid, hormones, A1c and insulin, inflammation, autoimmune screens, vitamins, minerals and heavy metals — and adds sixteen tests that a standard panel cannot see. For the heart: NMR LipoProfile measures LDL particle number and size rather than cholesterol weight, ApoA-1 completes the ApoB/ApoA-1 ratio, Myeloperoxidase flags arterial inflammation, TMAO reflects the gut-microbiome contribution to cardiovascular risk, and the Cardio IQ APOE genotype reports your inherited risk profile for cardiovascular disease and late-onset Alzheimer's. For hormones: LH alongside FSH, DHT, pregnenolone at the top of the steroid cascade, and free plus total PSA in place of total alone. For nutrients and toxins: RBC magnesium and methylmalonic acid (functional B12 status) replace surface-level measures, and arsenic and cadmium complete the heavy-metal screen with lead and mercury. For immunity: thyroglobulin antibodies complete the thyroid autoimmunity pair, anti-CCP completes rheumatoid screening with RF, and a celiac screen and urinalysis round it out. The APOE result is a genotype, not a diagnosis — your results view explains what each combination means and when genetic counseling is worth considering.

Yes. Fasting for 12 hours required. Water is okay. Best drawn in the morning before 10 AM for accurate hormone and cortisol results. Avoid strenuous exercise for 48 hours, seafood for 72 hours (arsenic, TMAO) and biotin supplements for 72 hours before testing. You will also give a urine sample at the lab. Keto and high-protein diets can change a Men's Total Body Advanced Panel result without anything being wrong. Keto and high-protein diets can raise LDL Cholesterol and HDL Cholesterol and 3 more markers on this test and can lower Triglycerides, Sodium and Glucose — recheck with ApoB; discuss cardiovascular risk rather than dismissing the rise as 'diet noise'. Each is explained on our physician-reviewed "Before your test" pages; when one applies, remove it and retest.
