This panel screens for IgE antibodies to peanuts and the most common tree nuts: almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, pecans, pistachios, and walnuts. Tree nut and peanut allergies are among the most common causes of anaphylaxis. Importantly, peanut allergy does not always co-occur with tree nut allergy — this test helps identify your specific triggers.
