The Baseline Anemia Panel is designed to identify why you're anemic or experiencing fatigue and low energy. CBC with Differential detects anemia and characterizes the type. Ferritin measures iron stores — the earliest marker of iron deficiency. Iron & TIBC evaluates iron transport and availability. Vitamin B12 and Folate screen for the nutritional deficiencies that cause megaloblastic anemia. Together, these tests cover the most common and treatable causes of anemia.
