When is TestWell not the right choice?
Every service here has real limits, including ours. Skip TestWell — and consider Marek Health or another option — if any of these apply to you.
- You want a clinician consult included. A licensed physician authorizes every TestWell order, but that review is not a visit — there is no call to walk through results unless you bring them to your own provider.
- You can't get to a draw site. TestWell is venous-draw only at Quest, Labcorp and BioReference locations; we don't ship at-home finger-prick kits.
- You live in Rhode Island — we can't serve it yet. New York and New Jersey orders route to BioReference locations only, which means fewer draw sites than Quest or Labcorp offer elsewhere.
- You need insurance billed. TestWell is cash-pay; HSA/FSA cards work and every order gets an itemized receipt, but we don't file claims.

Is Marek Health a lab-testing company or a telehealth company?
Both, through two brands. Marek Diagnostics sells the lab panels directly (drawn at Quest); Marek Health is the telehealth platform that pairs qualifying results with coaching and clinician-prescribed treatment. If you only want the numbers, you can buy the panel alone. TestWell is testing-only — we authorize and deliver the labs and leave treatment to your own clinician.
How long do Marek Health results take compared with TestWell?
